Common Questions

Q. What is the MOQ?
Standard MOQ is 1 × 20ft container (~10,000–12,000 kg). If you have your own freight forwarder in China, the minimum is just 10 bales. If you don't have a forwarder and only want a few bales, we'd honestly suggest buying locally — because the retail price plus LCL shipping cost from China will likely end up similar to what you'd pay at your local market.
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, Burundi, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and 60+ more.
Q. Can I visit the factory?
Yes. First-time full-container buyers get FREE airline ticket support to visit our Chongqing factory.
Q. What payment methods?
T/T bank transfer. 30% deposit to start, 70% balance before loading.
Q. How long does shipping take?
After deposit received, we load and ship within 7–10 working days. Transit time: Africa 30–50 days, Southeast Asia 7–10 days.
